With almost 50 employees, Choice Services now recognises employee contribution through internal awards. The staff at Choice Services hold a specific set of skills and attributes and we are delighted to be celebrating the following staff members for their commitment to excellent customer service.
Mark and James Burns
Brothers Mark and James work as a team and always have a ‘can do attitude’. When working on void properties they are very respectful of personal property, making sure sentimental belongings are returned to the family of the Tenant. Mark and James never complain even when faced with some very challenging properties and always have a smile on their face, they always keep their Line Manager up to date.
Graham Barber
Graham has a great way with Tenants and is always willing to go the extra mile. For example this recent feedback from a Tenant said: “The serviceman who attended my house today was an asset to you. He was everything you would want your employee to embody for your company. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and he even tidied after himself. I'm glad he was chosen to do the work for me because he went above and beyond and I hope you can get it back to him that I'm very pleased with him and please give him a pat on the back”
Lynn Holmes
Lynn received a number of recommendations which highlighted that she is always courteous, is willing to go that bit further to find a solution to a query and is always willing to assist if a problem arises.
Well done everyone- your efforts are much appreciated by colleagues and customers alike.
